【摘要】 目的建立ELISA方法测定血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C。方法以双抗体夹心ELISA方法测定血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C。结果该方法的线性范围可达100mg/L。参考值范围为:男,1.81±0.73mg/L。女,1.72±0.69mg/L。回收率为:99.1±3.1%。批内和批间分别为:5.8±0.5%、7.3±0.7%。结论该方法操作简便,快速,准确,适于临床常规应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Th a enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for measuring cystatin C.Methods c7 ystatin C in serum was measured by sandwich-type ELISA.Results The linearity of method for up to 100 mg/L.The reference value range was:males,1.81±0.73 mg/L.females,1.72±0.69 mg/L.The analytical recovery was 99.1±3.1%.The mean coefficients of variation were 5.8±0.5% within-assay and 7.3±0.7% between-assay,respectively.Conclusion The method was simple,rapid and accurate to operate.It is suitable for routine clinical laboratory use.更多还原
