【摘要】 目的探讨Stat3、Survivin和Bcl-2在胃癌组织中的表达情况。方法对42例胃癌组织和19例正常胃组织采用免疫组织化学方法分析,采用Mann-Whitney U法分析组间差异。结果胃癌组中Stat3、Survivin和Bcl-2表达阳性的分别有31例、29例和25例,正常组Stat3、Survivin和Bcl-2表达阳性的分别有2例、0例和3例,三者在两组间均存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织中Stat3、Survivin和Bcl-2表达上调,可能与肿瘤的发生和发展相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of Stat3,Survivin and Bcl-2 in Gastric Cancer.Methods 42 gastric cancer samples and 19 normal gastric samples were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Mann-Whitney U analysis was used to detect the difference between two groups.Results Stat3,Survivin and Bcl-2 expressed in 31,29,25 gastric cancer cases and expressed in 2,0,3 normal tissues respectively.Significant difference was found in three factors between two groups ( P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of Stat3,Survivin and Bcl-2 were upregulated in gastric cancer tissues,and they may be involved in the occurrence and development of the tumor.更多还原
