藿香挥发油 黄柏生物碱对高温刺激下IEC-6细胞分泌SOD GSH-Px和MDA的影响

【摘要】 探讨不同浓度的藿香挥发油,黄柏生物碱对高温刺激下IEC-6细胞SOD、GSH-Px和MDA的影响。建立IEC-6细胞株的高温刺激模型,添加适宜浓度的藿香挥发油和黄柏生物碱.检测上述指标的变化。结果表明,高温刺激能显著降低IEC-6细胞增殖(P<0.05);200g/mL的藿香挥发油和100g/mL的黄柏生物碱都能使高温刺激下IEC-6细胞SOD、GSH-Px水平极显著(P<0.01)升高和降低;MDA含量极显著(P<0.01)降低。结论:藿香挥发油和黄柏生物碱能显著改善高温刺激诱导的IEC-6细胞增殖、SOD、GSH-Px和MDA分泌的变化,提高细胞抗氧化能力。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Herba Agastachis essential oil and Cortex Phellodendri alkaloid on SOD,GSH-Px and MDA contents of IEC-6 cells after high-tempera- ture treatment. This study consists of establishing the high-temperature-induced IEC-6 model,adding ap- propriate concentration of the essential oil and alkaloid and then assaying the contents of above-mentioned detection index. Results showed that high temperature treatment can significantly inhibit IEC-6 cell prolif- eration (P<0. 05); both of 200 /μg/mL essential oil and 100 g/mL alkaloid conspicuously (P<0. 01) in- crease the levels of SOD and GSH-Px and decrease the content of MDA on IEC-6 cells treated by high tem- perature. Herba Agastachis essential oil and Cortex Phellodendri alkaloid can improve the changes of GSH-Px,SOD and MDA of IEC-6 cells induced by high temperature and enhance the antioxidant function of cells.
