【摘要】 从北京海洋馆死亡的白鳍鲨腹腔脓液和心血中分离到一株病原菌,经生理生化、培养特性、16S rRNA序列鉴定为雷极氏普罗菲登斯菌。以16S rRNA序列为基础构建了包括普罗菲登斯菌属模式株在内的系统发育树,分离菌株与雷极氏普罗菲登斯菌模式株DSM4542的同源性最近。药敏试验结果表明,该菌对氨曲南、头孢曲松、磷霉素、哌拉西林、头孢呋辛钠、诺氟沙星、头孢哌酮敏感。毒力试验结果显示该菌可致小鼠死亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 A pathogenic bacteria isolated from the dead whitetip shark in Beijing aquarium were identified as Providencia rettgeri by biochemical and physiological characteristics,culture characteristics,16S rRNA sequence analysis.A phylogenetic tree was constructed by comparing with the validly published 16S rRNA sequence of the related type strains from GenBank.The results showed that the strain I belonged to Providencia rettgeri.Drug sensitivity test showed that the strain was sensitive to aztreonam,ceftriaxone,fosfomycin,piperacillin,cefuroxime sodium,norfloxacin,cefoperazone.The result of virulence test showed that the strain I can cause mice dead.更多还原
