【摘要】 为达到城市宠物药物避孕的效果,开发醋酸甲羟孕酮原位凝胶植入剂(MPA-PLA)。采用MPA-PLA进行动物体内实验,考察MPA-PLA对小鼠避孕时间和繁殖率的影响及其对大鼠血清中雌二醇(E2)和促黄体生成激素(LH)激素浓度水平的影响。结果表明MPA-PLA对大、小鼠具有长效抗生育作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 MPA-PLA was developed in order to making anti-fertility for pets in cities.To estimate the sustained release efficiency of in situ gel implants containing medroxy progesterone acetate(MPA-PLA)and investigate effection of anti-birth duration in mice and detect the level of E2 and LH in serum of rats.The results showed that MPA-PLA has long-term anti-fertility effect for mice and rats.更多还原
