植物源乳化剂对肉鸡生产性能及脂肪代谢的影响

【摘要】 用1日龄公母混合肉鸡432只,随机分成4组,每组设3个重复。分别在基础日粮中添加0、200、250、300mg/kg的植物源脂肪乳化剂,进行饲养试验,42 d屠宰。结果显示,乳化剂显著提高了肉鸡42 d日增重(P<0.05)及降低料重比(P<0.05),以300 mg/kg剂量组最优。300 mg/kg组肉鸡的腿胸肌率和腹脂率显著提高(P<0.05)。乳化剂显著提高了血清游离脂肪酸浓度(P<0.01),血清与肝脏中胆固醇浓度(P<0.05),腹脂与胸肌中脂蛋白脂酶的比值(P<0.05);降低肝脏中苹果酸脱氢酶活性(P<0.05),腹脂、胸肌中脂蛋白脂酶活性(P<0.05)。研究表明,植物源乳化剂能提高日粮脂肪的消化率,促进肉鸡生长。

【Abstract】 432 male and female mixed chickens(one-day old) were randomly divided into four groups(basic diet,200,250 and 300 mg/kg fat emulsifying agent from plant),with three replications for each group.Animals were butchered after 42 days.Results showed that emulsifying agent improved the average daily gain(P<0.05),reduced the F/G(P<0.05) of chickens significantly,and the optimal concentration was 300 mg/kg.In 300 mg/kg group,the rate of leg to chest and the abdominal fat were increased obviously(P<0.05).The emulsifying agent increased the concentration of NEFA in serum(P<0.01),cholesterol in serum and liver(P<0.05),and the rate of LPL in abdominal fat and chest(P<0.05).However,it reduced the concentration of MDH in liver(P<0.05),and the activities of LPL in abdominal fat and chest(P<0.05).This study indicated that emulsifying agent from plant increases the growth of chickens by stimulating the digestibility of fat in basic diets.
