应用谱减法和均方协预测误差算法提取房颤信号
Extraction of Atrial Fibrillation Signal Using Mean Square Cross Prediction Error and Spectral Subtraction
【摘要】 提出一种用于从单导体表ECG间接提取房颤信号的算法,并且进行了实际房颤数据的提取验证。所用心电数据是持续性房颤病人在房颤发作时采集到的单导体表心电图。算法分为两个阶段:第一阶段,采用基于盲源提取的均方协差预测算法(MSCPE)提取房颤信号中的主心电波成分(主要为R波等);第二阶段,提出了经过修改的谱减法算法,用于提取房颤信号。实验结果表明,提出算法的性能有良好的提取效果,提取房颤信号频谱集中度(SC)的平均值达到66.04%,fp平均值为4.031 3 Hz,与其他算法比较有明显的优势。
【Abstract】 This paper presented a new indirect algorithm for extraction of atrial fibrillation signal from one-lead ECG signal and actual atrial fibrillation data was used in the experiment to validate this method.The one-lead ECGs were from patients with persistent atrial fibrillation.There were two stages in the algorithm.The mean square cross prediction error(MSCPE) based blind source extraction algorithm was utilized to extract the main components of ECG(mainly R wave,etc.) in the first stage.Then,a modified spectral subtraction approach was proposed to extract the atrial fibrillation signal.Experimental results showed that the averaged spectral concentration(SC) of extracted atrial fibrillation signal was 66.04% while its averaged main frequency peak(fp) was 4.031 3 Hz,and the proposed algorithm had a better performance compared with other algorithms.
