一种血压反馈控制系统的状态分析方法
An Approach of State Analysis for the Blood Pressure Control System
【摘要】 通常在判断血压状态时,先划一个界限,然后将实际血压与这个界限作比较,以此来判断血压状态。这样的判断强调了血压的现值,而没有将血压变化率的信息展现出来。提出血压状态分析法,包括血压状态图和血压稳定性。以家兔为对象、去甲肾上腺素为扰动剂,采集动物在给药前血压平稳期、药物起效期、快速上升期、剧烈振荡期、血压恢复期和给药后血压平稳期的血压数据,建立血压反馈控制系统数学模型结构和血压状态图。根据采集的血压数据,分析血压状态图中血压的稳定态和稳定域、血压变化率的稳定域。通过动物实验,对这种血压状态分析法进行检验,为进一步研究血压控制技术提供新理论和新方法。
【Abstract】 The state of blood pressure(BP) is usually judged by comparing a measured BP value with a preset standard,which emphasizes existing BP value without exhibiting information of the variation rate of BP.We proposed a BP state analysis method,including a state-chart and an analysis of stability for BP.The data of BP from rabbits were collected by a physiological recorder during BP calm period before noradrenaline delivery,onset effect,speediness raise,violently flapping,BP recover and BP calm period after the drug delivery.We established the mathematical model of the BP feedback control system and the BP state-chart.According to experimental data,the steady state,steady domain of the BP and steady domain of variation rate of BP based on BP state-chart were analyzed.The analysis results confirmed the feasibility of the proposed method.
