【摘要】 本文综述了植物益生菌对宿主植物产生的益生作用(包括促生作用和生防作用),以及植物益生菌与其宿主植物协同发挥的生物修复作用。并从改善植物内生菌微生态群落的角度出发,提出引入野生或重组植物益生菌以提高植物健康状态和生物修复功能,以及以植物益生菌为载体引入外源功能基因开辟一条新颖转基因途径等策略,以期实现植物内生菌资源的深度开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 The probiotic effects including growth promotion and biological control,the bioremediation effects carried by the synergy of botanic probiotics and its host plant,were reviewed.In view of improving the endophyte microecologic communities,the strategies of introducing wild or recombination botanic probiotics to enhance the health status of host plant and the bioremediation capacity of plant-endophyte system,as well as making botanic probiotics as a carrier of foreign genes to develop a new transgenic pathway were proposed for further development of endophyte resources.更多还原
