【摘要】 目的建立HPLC测定连翘败毒片中大黄素、大黄酚含量的方法。方法选用C18(250×4.6mm、5μm)色谱柱;甲醇-0.1%磷酸(82:18)为流动相;检测波长为254nm;流速1.0ml/min;柱温40℃;进样量为5μl。结果大黄素与大黄酚在0.0288～0.1440μg与0.0450～0.2260μg范围内分别具有良好的线性关系。结论本法简便、快速、准确,适用于连翘败毒片中大黄素、大黄酚的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the HPLC determination of Lianqiao Baidu tablets emodin and chrysophanol method.Methods Selection of C18(250 × 4.6 mm,5 μ m)chromatography,methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid(82:18)for the mobile phase,detection wavelength for 254 nm;velocity 1.0 ml/min,column temperature 40℃,sampling quantity was 5 μl.Results Emodin and chrysophanol 0.0288~0.1440 μg and 0.0450~0.2260 μg range had good linear relationship.Conclusion This is simple,fast,accurate,suitable for in Lianqiao Baidu emodin and chrysophanol determination.更多还原
