降压调脂降糖抗血小板聚集联合治疗期间微机系统管理的临床研究

【摘要】 目的探索动脉粥样硬化性血管病降血压、调血脂、降血糖及抗血小板凝集联合治疗期间微机系统管理的作用。方法对来自我院门急诊、住院患者及人群普查中新发现的高血压和/或血脂异常和/或血糖异常的患者,随机分为系统管理组及非系统管理组,观察生活行为、血压、血脂、血糖的及主要心血管事件的变化。结果两组患者在治疗4周及12周时血压、血脂及血糖结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);系统管理组主要心血管事件发生率较非系统管理组显著减少(P<0.01)。结论降压调脂降糖抗血小板聚集药物联合治疗的微机专业管理软件可以更好地管理、分析、判断、总结以及提高治疗方案实施的准确性,可以高效、长期、全面的管理众多患者,从而使动脉粥样硬化性血管事件得到有效控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the atherosclerotic vascular blood pressure,fall blood sugar and blood fat,platelet aggregation resistance combination therapy during the microcomputer system management role. Methods In the hospital,Singapore and hospitalized patients with hypertension census found and/or dyslipidemia and/or glucose abnormalities of the patients were randomly divided into system management group,and the system management group,observing life behavior,blood pressure,blood fat and blood sugar and major cardiovascular events. Results two groups of patients in four weeks and 12 weeks blood pressure,blood sugar and compared with significant difference (P<0.01),System management major cardioascular eents compared with the system management group reduced significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion antihypertensive lipid hypoglycemic anti-platelet aggregation drug combination therapy of computer professional management software can better management,analysis,and judgment,summarize and improve the accuracy of the implementation scheme,treatment can be effective,long-term,comprehensive management of patients with numerous,thereby atherosclerotic vascular events is effectively controlled.更多还原
