【摘要】 目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)的适应证及其疗效。方法 2006年1月至2009年11月采用TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤患者55例。其中Ta期25例,T1期28例,T2期2例。单发38例,多发17例。男38例,女17例。年龄32～80岁,平均56岁。病程1～20个月。结果 55例均获随访,随访时间6个月至5年,肿瘤复发9例,其中原位复发6例,异位复发3例,复发肿瘤升级3例。结论 TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤具有操作简单、损伤少、出血少、术后恢复快等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the indications operational method and effect of TURBT. Methods From January of 2006 to November of 2009,55 cases of patients with bladder tumors were treated by transurethral resection with simple electrical cuff. Results 55 cases had been followed up for 0. 6 ～ 5 years,9 had recurrence,and 3 of them recurred with hither grade. Conclusion there are many advantages such as simple operation,less lesion,less blood loss and faster recovery. the operation method can reserve good bladder function.更多还原
