【摘要】 目的探讨肺动脉栓塞经胸超声心动图的超声表现,为临床诊断和治疗提供有价值的诊断依据。方法回顾分析我院15例经临床综合诊断为肺动脉栓塞的患者,通过左心长轴、大动脉短轴等多个切面观察超声心动图特点。结果 15例患者中,超声心动图发现直接征像(即肺动脉主干近分叉处及右肺动脉栓子)2例,其余13例均出现右心系统增大,三尖瓣返流,肺动脉瓣口血流频谱"指拳征"等间接超声表现。结论彩色多普勒超声能为肺动脉栓塞的诊断,鉴别诊断提供直接或间接的诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the performance of pulmonary embolism in echocardiogram,provided a useful diagnostic for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The 15 patients who were diagnosed pulmonary embolism by the echocardiogram in parasternal long-axis view,short-axis view,etc.The character of echocardiogram was observed for many standand sections.Results Among 15 patients,direct signs of pulmonary arterial embolism were observed on 2 cases.Indirect signs of right heart system enlarges,tricuspid regurgitation and spectrum form of pulmonary showed characteirstic"finger fist symptom"on 13 cases.Conclusion CDFI has important clinical values in diagnosis or non directed diagnosis of pulmonary embolism.更多还原
