不同时期手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎临床分析

【摘要】 目的探讨不同时期手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效和预后。方法选取我院2005年2月至2008年2月32例通过手术治疗的重症急性胰腺炎的临床资料。结果 32例重症胰腺炎患者均在适当的时机选择手术治疗,结果治愈24例,死亡8例。结论正确选择时机以及方式手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the different periods of operative treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and prognosis.Methods 32 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected for analysis.Results 32 patients with severe pancreatitis patients were surgery in the appropriate timing.24 patients were cured after treatment and 8 patients died.Conclusion The correct choice of surgical timing and manner satisfactory treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.更多还原
