【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜治疗精孛静脉曲张的手术方法,疗效及可行性。方法回顾性分析135例采用腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的临床资料。结果手术均获成功,手术时间20～45min,平均28.5min,出血量<10ml,住院时间3～5d,术后随访6～12个月,效果良好,无复发和睾丸萎缩。结论腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the technique of the operation,the therapecctic effect andthe feasibility of laparoscopic procedures for varicocelectomy. Methods 135 cases with varicocele cases treated by laparoscopy were analysed retrospectively. Results All operation were successful. Operative time was 20 ～ 45 minutes,average operation time was 28. 5 minutes,duration of hospitalization was 3 ～ 4 days,blood loss was less 10 ml. The results were satisfacting and there were no recurrence and atrophy of testis during 6 to 12 months follow-up. Conclusion Laparoscopic varicocelectomy is safe and effective for treating varicocele.更多还原
