【摘要】 目的研究临床快捷护理路径在异位妊娠破裂大出血患者中的应用。方法将97例异位妊娠破裂大出血患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组57例,按照制定好的临床快捷护理路径救治患者;对照组40例,采用传统的急救方法救治患者。结果两组患者的抢救成功率相同,但观察组的出血量明显减少;从接诊至手术治疗的时间明显缩短,患者满意度明显提高。结论按照临床快捷护理路径救治异位妊娠破裂大出血患者赢得了宝贵的时间,提高了患者满意度,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the using of clinical shortcut pathway of nursing in massive ectopic pregnancy rupture hemorrhage patient. Methods 97 massive ectopic pregnancy rupture hemorrhage patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The traditional method of emergency medical cure was used for 40 Cases in the control group. and clinical shortcut pathway of nursing was used for 57 cases in the observation group. Results The success rate of salvage was the same. The blood loss was obvious reduction,and the time that from treats to emergency intracoronary therapy was shorten significantly. The patient satisfaction was increased significantly. Conclusion The using of clinical shortcut pathway of nursing in curing massive ectopic pregnancy rupture hemorrhage can increase the patient satisfaction,deserve the clinical expansion.更多还原
