带蒂包皮内板治疗先天性尿道下裂

【摘要】 目的应用带蒂包皮内板治疗先天性尿道下裂。方法 29例患儿,平均4.5岁,其中阴茎体型22例,阴茎阴囊型7例。切除阴茎腹侧纤维索带后,应用阴茎背侧带蒂的内板卷曲成管状,旋转180°至阴茎腹侧与原尿道口吻合,形成新的尿道。结果 26例患儿获成功,排尿正常,阴茎外观尚可。3例发生尿瘘。结论应用带蒂包皮内板治疗先天性尿道下裂,提高手术操作技巧和术前术后的正确治疗,是取得成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Utilization of pedicled foreskin flaps for treatment of congenital hypospadias.Methods 29 cases with the mean age of 4.5 years.22 cases were with penile hypospadias and 7 cases were with penoscrotal hypospadias.After resection of ventral fibrous tissues,reverse the tabularized pedicled foreskin flaps 180 degrees to connect with urethral opening on ventral surface.Results Final functional and cosmetic results were satisfactory in 26 cases with 3 cases of fistulas.Conclusion Improving the operative techniques,and proper pre-and post-operative treatment are the key to success in the reconstruction of the urethral plate with pedicled foreskin flaps.更多还原
