【摘要】 目的探讨全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器在中低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用。方法回顾性分析了56例中低位直肠癌进行全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器手术的临床效果。结果无术后死亡病例,术后出现吻合口瘘1例,吻合口狭窄2例,术后控制排便能力100%。术后随访2～5年,局部复发3例。结论全直肠系膜切除联合双吻合器技术在低位直肠癌保肛手术中安全可靠,明显提高了低位直肠癌的保肛手术率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluated the effect of total mesorectal excision(TME)combined with double stapling technique(DST)in middle or low rectal carcinoma.Methods Clinical data of 56 cases with middle or low rectal carcinoma and treated with TME combined with DST were reviewed retrospectively.Results No postoperative death occur,1 case patient had anastomotic fistula,2 cases had anastomotic stricture,ability of defecation control were 100%.All patients were followed up for 2~5 years.Local recurrence occurred in 3 cases.Conclusion TME combined with DST is safe for patients with middle or low rectal carcinoma,can improve the possibility of anus-preservation.更多还原
