【摘要】 目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法 72例患者随机分为治疗组(37例,口服复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱UVB照射治疗)和对照组(35例,仅用窄谱UVB照射治疗),观察疗效。结果 1个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为75.7%,对照组为48.6%,差异显著(χ2=5.64,P<0.05);2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为89.2%,对照组为68.6%,差异显著(χ2=4.64,P<0.05)。治疗过程中观察到治疗组患者红斑鳞屑减少、消退时间及瘙痒减轻、消失时间均明显少于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷联合窄谱UVB治疗玫瑰糠疹安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin and narrow-band ultraviolet B in treatment of pityriasis rosea.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients of treatment group (37, co-compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B) and the patients of control group (35, only narrow-band ultraviolet B), Observation of effective.Results After one course of treatment, the efficacy rate of patients in treatment group was 75.7%, 57.1% in the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2=5.64, P<0.05). After two courses of treatment, the efficacy rate of patients in treatment groups was 89.2%, 80.0% in the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2=4.64, P<0.05). The regression time of erythema, squamae and pruritus in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).
