【摘要】 目的建立醋酸曲安奈德注射液中醋酸曲安奈德含量测定的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),流动速度为1.0ml/min,检测波长为240nm。结果醋酸曲安奈德的线性范围为0.0064～0.128mg/ml,线性方程:y=1.8683×10-6+5.3174x(r=0.999976,n=7),回收率99.9%,RSD为0.36%(n=9)。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定醋酸曲安奈德注射液中醋酸曲安奈德含量的方法具有简便、准确、重现性好等优点,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for determining the triamcinolone acetonide acetate on triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection.Methods The contents of triamcinolone acetonide acetate on triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection was determined by HPLC,and the mobile phase was methanol-water(70:30),mobile velocity was 1.0 ml/min,and wavelength of detection was 240 nm.Results The method was linear within the range of 0.0064-0.128 mg/ml,y=1.8683×10-6+ 5.3174x (r=0.999976,n=7),and the average recovery was 99.9%,and the RSD was 0.36%(n=9).Conclusion The HPLC is simple,accurate,and with good reproducibility for determining the triamcinolone acetonide acetate on triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection.更多还原
