【摘要】 目的了解影响肾移植患者监护期睡眠质量的相关因素和护理。方法2004年至2006年150例肾移植患者监护期的睡眠质量情况,采用自行设计的睡眠因素调查表对患者调查相关的因素。结果调查发现86%的肾移植患者监护期存在睡眠障碍,相关因素依序为心理负担、环境改变、身体不适、抗排斥药的副作用、经济负担。结论做好肾移植患者监护期的心理护理、改善病区环境、增加舒适对提高患者的睡眠质量具有十分重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the influencing factors and nursing on the sleeping quality in intensive-care renal transplant patients.Methods The sleeping quality of 150 cases of intensive-care renal transplant patients was investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire from 2004 to 2006.Results Sleep disorders were found in 129 cases of patients(129/150 cases,86%),influencing factors in proper order were psychological burden,environmental change,physical discomfort,the side effects of anti-rejection drugs and economic burden.Conclusion Well psychological care,improving the ward environment and comfort are of great significance to improve the sleeping quality in intensive-care renal transplant patients.更多还原
