【摘要】 目的探讨颈推前路减压植骨融合钢板内固定治疗颈推骨折脱位的疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年6月至2009年6月收治48例颈椎骨折脱位患者进行前路减压复位,植骨融合锁定钢板内固定。结果48例获得随访,脊髓功能有不同程度恢复,颈椎高度及曲线无丢失,植骨块呈骨性愈合。结论采用颈椎前路减压植骨融合治疗颈椎骨折脱位,可使损伤节段得到早期稳定,重建颈椎的稳定性、神经功能得到明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investingate the effete of anterior cervical decompression and fusion with hone autograft and in ternal fixation for cervical fracture and dislocation.Methods Forty-eight Case of cervicul fracture complicated with dislocation in our department from June 2003 to June 2009 were retrospectively an alyzed,were treated by cervical anterior decompression reduction iliac crest autograft,fixed with cervical anterior locking plate.Results Forty-eight cases were followed up,Spinal function of the patients recorered in different degrees.Conclusion The cervical fracture complicated with dislocation must be diagnosed and treated in time the thorough decompression and correetion of deformity are performed as early as possible,The stability of the cervical.Spine Can be reconstructed by the method of bone grafting and the cervical spine plate fixation neurological outcomes improved satisfactory.更多还原
