【摘要】 目的总结高分辨CT(简称HRCT)的应用体会。方法回顾性分析150例有明确诊断结果的,使用10mm层厚及HRCT两种方法检查的病例,其中包括渗出性炎性反应、炎性包块、慢性间质炎以及各类型的肺癌,分析其影像学特征。结论HRCT显示病灶形态细腻,可以观察到许多10mm层厚所不能显示的现象,对良恶性病变的鉴别有很大的意义,但是HRCT也有其一定的局限性,即:可把渗出性炎症显示为肿块样改变,因而对与渗出性炎症来说宁愿以10mm层厚作为诊断依据而不要以HRCT作为主要佐证,除非要观察渗出性病变中可能掩盖的占位病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Summarize the application experience of the High Recognize Computer Tomography (HRCT) on chest disease.Methods 150 cases with confirmed pathological results were reviewed and all examined by the two methods of normal 10mm thickness CT and 1mm thickness HRCT. These cases include oozing inflammation,inflammation bump,chronic interval tissue’s inflammation and all kinds of lung cancer. The character of these images was analyzed.Conclusion HRCT can show the focus clearly,and some images that can not be showed on the normal 10 mm CT are very clear on HRCT. It is very important to distinguish the benign or malignant disease.There are some limitations on HRCT such as the oozing inflammation,which can be confused with tumor. To diagnose the inflammation mainly depends on the 10 mm CT not no the HRCT,only if some tumors covered by inflammation were suspicious of.更多还原
