【摘要】 目的探讨自我管理教育对社区糖尿病患者的防治作用。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,将300例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,对照组按一般健康教育方式进行常规教育指导,发放相关教育资料。观察组则给予系列的自我管理教育,包括饮食指导、运动指导、用药指导、心理指导等。结果观察组血糖控制效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病知识知晓率大幅度高于对照组(P均<0.001),血压和血脂异常及肥胖的改善明显优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自我管理教育可以强化社区糖尿病患者的健康意识,提高防治效果,减少糖尿病一系列并发症的发生,改善患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of self-management education for community diabetes mellitus(DM)patients.Methods Perspective study was applied.300 patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observarion group(n=150)and control group(n=150).The patients of control group received general health education.Then a serial self-management education was carried out to the observarion group.It included diet instruction,exercise instruction,drug instruction and mental instruction.Results The blood glucose control effect of observarion group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);The DM knowledge awareness rate was higher than that in control group(P<0.001);The improvement of blood pressure,blood-fat abnormality and obesity were significantly superior to the control group,the incidence rate of complication was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-management education can strengthen the health awareness of community diabetes mellitus patients and elevate the prevention and treatments effects.更多还原
