【摘要】 目的探讨心理行为诱导对牙科畏惧症(dentalanxiety,DA)患儿的临床疗效。方法对2009年2月至2010年7月在济南市口腔医院门诊就诊的398例3～12岁口腔疾患儿童,采用儿童焦虑调查表-牙科分量表(children’s fear survey schedule-dental subscale,CFSS-DS)进行分析比较,并将筛选出的316例DA患儿随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组在进行常规口腔治疗的同时,采用心理行为诱导;对照组仅进行常规口腔治疗。结果试验组治疗后,DA程度明显下降(P<0.01),男孩DA程度的下降较女孩更显著(P<0.05)。结论心理行为诱导治疗DA患儿效果明显,有利于提高临床治疗效率与治疗质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of psychological behavior inducing on children with dental anxiety. Methods With dental subscale of Children’s Fear Survey Schedule,316 pediatric patients with dental anxiety were selected from 398 children aged from 3 to 12 years old and were divided into study group and control group. The psychological behavior inducing as well as regular dental therapy was applied to the patients in the study group. Only regular dental therapy was used in the control group. Results In the study group,patients showed lower dental fear,which was significantly different from that of control group (P < 0.01). The effect of psychological behavior inducing on dental fear in boys was better than that in girls(P < 0.05). Conclusion The psychological behavior inducing is efficient to children with dental anxiety.更多还原
