【摘要】 目的探讨肌功能训练结合多曲方丝弓(MEAW)技术矫治恒牙期高角骨性反的疗效。方法对2004—2008年于大连市口腔医院治疗的15例高角骨性反患者,采用肌功能训练结合MEAW技术进行矫治,疗程1.5～2.5年,观察矫治后的临床效果。结果 15例患者中14例达到预期治疗效果,Ⅲ类软组织凹面形得到明显改善,前牙反解除,达到正常覆覆盖,磨牙及尖牙获得Ⅰ类关系或Ⅲ类关系得到明显改善。只有1例13岁男性患者,因配合原因,提前中断治疗,待成年后考虑做正颌手术矫治。结论只要能把握好适应证,对于依从性良好的患者,运用肌功能训练结合MEAW技术可成功矫治高角骨性反畸形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical effects of myofunctional training combined with MEAW technique in the treatment of skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion with high mandibular plane angle. Methods Fifteen patients with high angle skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion were treated by myofunctional training combined with MEAW technique. Results Among the 15 patients,14 achieved prospective goals:concave profile were improved greatly;normal OB and OJ were established;Class I molar and canine relationship were obtained or Class Ⅲ molar relationship were improved markedly. Only one 13-year boy ceased treatment because of poor cooperation. Conclusion Myofunctional training combined with MEAW technique can treat skeletal Class Ⅲ high angle cases successfully if good compliance is ensured.更多还原
