【摘要】 目的:观察玉屏风散生物转化液对免疫抑制小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:用流式细胞仪对外周血中CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T进行测定;采用ELISA法检测外周血中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量。结果:与环磷酰胺组比较,玉屏风散生物转化液组CD4+T和CD8+T细胞的百分率提高(P<0.01或P<0.05),CD4+T/CD8+T明显上升(P<0.01);小鼠血清IL-2和IFN-γ水平显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:玉屏风散生物转化液可能是通过调节体内CD4+T和CD8+T细胞亚群比例平衡,纠正Thl/Th2漂移现象,维持Th1的优势,提高机体的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of the bioconversion product of jade screen powder on cellular immunity in immunosuppressed mice.Method:The levels of CD4 + T,CD8 + T,CD4 + T/CD8 + T were determined by flow cytometry;The content of serum interleukin-2(IL-2) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) were detected by ELISA.Result:Compared with cyclophosphamide group,the levels of CD4 + T,CD8 + T,CD4 + T/CD8 + T improved in experimental group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05) and the content of serum IL-2 and IFN-γ improved obviously in experimental group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The bioconversion product of Jade Screen Powder can promote the cell immunity function,through regulating the balance between CD4 + T and CD8 + T cells and correcting Th1/Th2 drift phenomenon to keep the superiority of Th1.更多还原
