声磁发生器结合响应曲面优化平盖灵芝提取工艺的研究
Extraction Methods of Ganoderma applanatum:Fast Magnetic Sound Generator and Response Surface Analysis
【摘要】 目的:用中药快速声磁发生器对平盖灵芝进行提取。方法及结果:通过正交实验设计结合响应面方程分析了声磁发生器的超声功率、磁化强度、提取时间和提取剂乙醇体积分数对响应值(浸膏得率)的影响,得到的优化工艺参数为声磁发生器的超声强度26.6 KHz、磁场强度为1 252.50 GS、提取时间40 min和乙醇体积分数70%。在此提取条件下浸膏得率可以达到11.86%。结论:研究表明中药快速声磁发生器是非常有效的中药快速提取实验装置。
【Abstract】 Ganoderma applanatum was extracted with fast magnetic sound generator.Response surface analysis(RSA) with orthogonal experimental design was successfully applied to determine the optimal conditions where the maximum extraction of the G.applanatum with fast magnetic sound generator occurred,which was at ultrasonic intensity 26.6 KHz,magnetic strength 1 252.5 GS,extraction time 40 min and the concentration of ethanol 70%.In this extraction conditions,the yield of extract can reach 11.86%.This study shows that traditional Chinese medicine fast magnetic sound generator is a very effective experimental device for rapid extraction of Chinese medicine.
