【摘要】 目的探讨Star-WNTM星形非编织补片在老年腹股沟嵌顿疝急诊手术中的应用。方法回顾性分析2008年8月至2009年8月应用Star-WNTM星形非编织补片无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟嵌顿疝16例临床资料。对手术方法、手术时间、下床活动时间、伤口疼痛、局部不适感、并发症等进行近期疗效观察。结果16例患者均急诊手术,手术时间45～135 min,术后患者能下床活动,伤口疼痛可耐受,无需止痛药物,疼痛持续时间约2～3 d,术后排尿困难4例,伤口异物不适感2例,术后并发阴囊积液2例,后自行吸收,无切口感染,1例发生肺部感染并发症。术后随访无复发。结论应用Star-WNTM星形非编织补片行无张力疝修补术操作简单、创伤小、恢复快、术后复发率低,在无感染的老年腹股沟嵌顿疝急诊手术中的应用是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce our experience of tension-free hernioplasty for incarcerated inguinal hernia in elderly patients using a surgimesh Star-WN.Methods From August 2008 to August 2009,16 elderly patients with incarcerated inguinal hernia were treated in our hospital.Surgimesh Star-WN were used on each patient to perform an emergency tension-free hernioplasty.Surgical technique,operation time,postoperative activity and complications such as pain and disasthesia of incisional area were observed and analyzed in our report.Results Emengency tension-free hernioplasty were performed on all patients.Operation time were 45 to 135 min.All patients got out-of-bed in the first day.No analgesics were need to control the incisional pain and no incisional pain lasted for more than 3 days.Postoperative complications included dysuresia in 4 patients,scrotal hydrocele in 2 patients and pulmonary infection in 1 patient.There was no recurrence case.Conclusions Tension-free hernioplasty for incarcerated inguinal hernia in elderly patients using a surgimesh Star-WN is safe and feasible.更多还原
