【Abstract】 This paper discusses the progress of the construction of socialist democracy and legal system ever since the founding of the PRC. Ever since the establishment of the state, we have gained many valuable experiences in building democratic legal system. Such experiences include:we must rely on the leadership of the Communist Party to build socialist democratic legal system;the democratic legal system must be built by paying special attention to key issues and to serve the reform, open 2ing-up and modernization; and the system of people’s congress must be developed and improved to speed up the building of socialist democratic legal system.更多还原
