护理管理学双语教学的方法与组织形式
Bilingual teaching methods and organizational style of nursing management science
【摘要】 目的:探讨护理管理学双语教学的方法与组织形式。方法:选取护理管理学部分内容进行双语教学,采用教师—双语教学小组—学生三位一体的教学组织形式,及课堂讲授、以问题为中心、以案例为基础的教学方法,收集资料采用问卷和访谈相结合的方法。结果:教师在课堂上使用英语的恰当比例为30-50%,70%学生赞成中英文穿插使用。84%的学生赞成双语教学讲义的准备由教师及学生双语教学小组共同完成。结论:双语教学应吸纳学生参与到教学组织中去。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the bilingual teaching methods and organizational style of science of nursing management.Methods: Partial content of nursing management science was chosen.Applying the teaching organizational style of teacher-stutents group-studtents to prepare materials,the methods of lecture were used with problem-based learning,case-based learning.Results: The appropriate ratio of English to be spoken in class is 30-50 percent,70 percent students like the way of Chinese and English being used in an exchangeable way.84 percent students like that the teaching materials being prepared by teachers and students bilingual teaching group together.Conclusion: Students are absorbed into the teaching organization thus strengthening the cooperation and interaction with students during and after the class.
