【摘要】 为缓解高等医学院校资源紧缺状况,徐州医学院组织开发的高等医学院校"智能化五合一教学进度表",该软件使用Excel 2003和VBA语言开发而成。整合了进度表管理、教材征订管理、实验动物管理、见习车辆管理、教学大纲管理五项内容,对接教学任务书,和青果教务管理平台实现全自动排课,免去录入、校对等多个工作环节,极大地提高了教务管理信息化水平。为各兄弟院校相互借鉴和共同发展,文章将该软件的设计思路及主要功能模块做一简要介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reduce the short-supplied resource situation of higher medical schools,Xuzhou Medical College has organized a project of "Intellectualized 5 in 1 Teaching Progress Chart".Excel2003 and VBA are used in the software.Five items of administration were synthesized including progress chart,teaching material, experiment animals,probation vehicle and syllabus.This chart works with teaching mission list and teaching management system for automation class assembling.Many steps can be eliminated and educational information administration level has improved tremendously.To make a development together,the main thoughts of the chart and main function module are introduced in this article.更多还原
