【摘要】 目的研究ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对重型颅脑损伤患者炎症反应和免疫功能的影响。方法重型颅脑损伤患者36例,随机分为ω-3鱼油脂肪乳组(A组)和常规组(B组),A组加用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂,B组给予大豆油脂肪乳剂,其他治疗措施相同。检测所有患者治疗前后外周血中炎症反应指标和免疫功能指标。结果 2组患者的炎症反应指标均有下降,但A组指标下降尤为显著(P<0.01),A组的免疫指标明显改善(P<0.05)。结论ω-3鱼油脂肪乳能减轻重型颅脑损伤患者的炎症反应,改善患者的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion on the inflammatory response and immune function in patients with severe cranial trauma.Methods A total of 36 patients with severe brain trauma were divided into a fish oil group(group A) and a routine therapy group(gruop B).The routine therapy patients received soybean oil lipid emulsion,and those in group A received ω-3 fish oil additionally.The inflammatory response and immune function were detected at day 1 and 7.Results The level of inflammatory response decreased in both groups and it did decrease significantly in group A(P<0.01).Levels of IFN-γ and the ratio of INF-γ/IL-4 were also increased(P <0.05) in group A.Conclusion ω-3 fish oil lipid emulsion can improve the immune function and decrease the inflammatory response in patients with severe brain trauma.更多还原
