【摘要】 目的建立气相色谱法(GC)测定金栀洁龈含漱液中薄荷脑含量的方法。方法色谱柱为10%PEG-20M(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),柱温100℃,采用FID检测器,进样口温度150℃,检测器温度150℃,分流比10.0∶1,柱流量1.08mL.min-1。结果薄荷脑在0.02～0.14mg.mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD为0.7%。结论该方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,能有效地控制金栀洁龈含漱液的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of menthol in Jinzhi Jieyin Hanshuye.Methods The column was packed with 10%PEG-20M(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),The column temperature was 100℃.The detector was FID.The injector temperature was 150℃and the detector temperature was 150℃.Results The linear relation of the peak area of menthol was determined as 0.02-0.14mg.mL-1 by GC with r=0.999 9and the average recovery was 98.6%,RSD=0.7%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for the determination of menthol in Jinzhi Jieyin Hanshuye.更多还原
