【Abstract】 Pollen germination percentage of 6 different cultivars of Chinese jujube grew in south,were studied by means of microscope combining with in vitro culture.The results show that the suitable concentration of sucrose was 5%～15%,boric acid was 100～400 mg/L,the optimum temperature was 25～30℃.Boron was very important for tube growth.更多还原
