表面改性Si3N4粉末在水相体系中的分散性能
Dispersion of surface-modified of Si3N4 powder in water phase
【摘要】 在空气中于1000℃对Si3N4粉末进行表面氧化改性,研究其在水相体系中的分散性能。研究表明:经氧化后Si3N4物相主要为Si3N4,粉末表面被一层均匀的氧化层(主要成分为SiO2)包覆;经氧化改性的Si3N4在水相体系中的Zeta电位和分散性能显著提高;随着氧化时间的延长,粉末的分散性能和Zeta电位绝对值曲线变化趋势一致,呈现先上升后下降的趋势;氧化后Si3N4表层出现新的较强的Si—O键振动峰。
【Abstract】 The surface of Si3N4 powders was modified by oxidation at 1 000 ℃ in air. The results show that main component of powders by oxidation is Si3N4,and it is coated by silicon oxide layer (SiO2 is the primary ingredient). Dispersion property and Zeta-potential of surface-modified Si3N4 powders are greatly higher than those of surface with unmodified Si3N4 powders in water phase,with the increase of oxidation time,the dispersion and Zeta-potential of surface-modified Si3N4 in water phase first increases and then decreases. Surface-modified Si3N4 has a new peak of Si—O in FTIR spectrum.
