【摘要】 目的:观察八味沉香胶囊对大鼠血栓形成和微循环的影响。方法:通过BI-2000E医用图象分析仪观察记录大鼠肠系膜微动脉和微静脉的口径、血流速度及毛细血管开放的数目;用BT87-3型实验性体内血栓形成仪刺激颈动脉,观察颈动脉血栓形成时间。结果:八味沉香胶囊1.2g/kg、0.6g/kg、0.3g/kg连续给药15天,可使大鼠体内血栓形成时间延长;使大鼠肠系膜微动脉和微静脉的口径增大,肠系膜微动脉和微静脉的血流速度加快,毛细血管开放的数目增加。结论:八味沉香胶囊具有明显的改善微循环、抑制血栓形成作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Oh jective:To observe effects of Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule on thrombosis and microcirculation in rats.Methods: The mesentery vascular gauge,blood velocity and quantity of blood capillary were observed by BI-2000medical imaging analys system in rats.The time of thrombosis in carotid artery wsa observed by BT87-3 experimental internal thrombosis apparatus.Results: The Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule can extend the time of internal thrombosis and increase the mesentery vascular gauge,accelerate blood velocity,increase the quantity of blood capillary in mrs.Conclusion : Ba Wei Chen Xiang capsule may obviously improve microcirculation and inhibit thrombosis.更多还原
