珠心算训练儿童加法心算P300的对照研究

【摘要】 目的:观察加法心算中珠心算训练儿童P300的特点,探讨珠心算训练对儿童晚期认知加工的影响。方法:随机选取16名经过珠心算训练儿童(训练组)和16名未经训练儿童(未训练组),使用事件相关电位技术,采集加法心算过程的脑电信号,观察P300出现的主要脑区,测量P300的平均波幅。结果:脑区主效应在250~350 ms内显著。平均波幅比较:训练组左脑区(5.78±4.61)、中线区(3.44±5.96)、右脑区(6.88±4.28);未训练组左脑区(4.28±4.75)、中线区(3.01±5.82)、右脑区(4.35±4.20)。被试间在350~550 ms内差异显著,训练组平均波幅(7.29±3.81);未训练组(3.27±3.35)。结论:珠心算训练提高了儿童的晚期认知加工能力,为其快速的心算奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the characteristic of potential P300 on mental abacus calculation training children during plus mental calculation,to explore the influence on late cognitive processing by mental abacus calculation training.Methods:16 children with mental abacus calculation training(trained-group) and 16 children without training(untrained-group) were selected,the signals of brain during mental calculation were recorded,the brain areas of potential P300 were observed and their mean amplitudes were measured.Results: There were significantly different in the main effects of brain areas during the courses of 250~350 ms.The mean amplitude in left brain is(5.78±4.61),in central area is(3.44±5.96),in right area is(6.88±4.28) of trained-group,while in left brain is(4.28±4.75),in central area is(3.01±5.82),in right area is(4.35±4.20) of untrained-group.There were significantly different in the mean amplitude between two groups during the course of 350~550 ms,the mean amplitude of trained-group is(7.29±3.81),while of untrained-group is(3.27±3.35).Conclusions: The late cognitive processing abilities were enhanced by mental abacus calculation training,and establish a good foundation for fast mental calculation.
