【摘要】 目的:观察多奈哌齐联合维生素E治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效。方法:治疗组多奈哌齐联合维生素E,对照组应用多奈哌齐。两组在治疗3个月和6个月末统计疗效。结果:治疗组MMSE、ADL评分均好于对照组。结论:多奈哌齐联合维生素E治疗阿尔茨海默病疗效更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Donepezil combined with Vitamin E in treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods:30 cases as treatment group were treated with Donepezil combined with Vitamin E,29 cases as control group were treated with Donepezil.After 3 months and 6 months treatment,the curative effect was compared among the two groups.Results:MMSE and ADL score of the patients in treat group were both better than those in control group.Conclusion: The combination of Donepezil and Vitamin E has better efficacy compared with Donepezil only.更多还原
