【摘要】 目的:观察丙戊酸镁缓释片合并舍曲林治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:将50例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(丙戊酸镁缓释片合并舍曲林)30例和对照组(舍曲林)25例,观察8周。于治疗前及治疗每周末分别评定汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS),以HAMD减分率评定疗效。结果:研究组HAMD量表分于3周末显著下降,对照组HAMD量表分于4周末显著下降,研究组总有效率(70%)显著高于对照组(40%),P<0.05。结论:丙戊酸镁缓释片合并舍曲林治疗难治性抑郁症疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of magnesium valprote sustained release tablets and sertraline in treating refractory depression.Methods:50 patients with refracttory depression were divided into magnesium valprote sustained release tablets group(n=30) and sertraline group(n=20) with basic treatment of sertraline and followed for 8 weeks.Hamilton Depressive Scale(HAMD-17)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) were used to evaluatethe efficacy and side effects at the point of week 1,weeks 2,weeks 4 and week 8.Results:After 8 weeks treatment,the total score of HAMD and the score ofeach factor reduced significantly in magnesium valprote sustained release tablets group,and the scores of trea-tment factors was significantly lower in magnesium valprote sustained release tablets group than those in sertraline group,side effects were fewer and milder.Conclusion:Magnesium valprote sustained release tablets with sertraline are an effective and safe drug in treating refractory depression.更多还原
