【摘要】 目的:探讨精神分裂症一级亲属情感表达与认知功能的相关性。方法:对130例精神分裂症一级亲属与117例对照组采用坎伯威尔家庭问卷中文版(CFI-CV)和威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)进行评估,根据CFI-CV评分,将样本分为高情感表达组和低情感表达组,对样本的WCST评分进行比较。结果:在精神分裂症一级亲属中高情感表达组在WCST的持续错误数显著高于低情感表达组(P<0.01),其余各项指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05);精神分裂症一级亲属中高情感表达组在WCST的持续错误数显著高于对照组中高情感表达组(P<0.01),其余各项指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:精神分裂症一级亲属的情感表达与认知功能有极高的相关性,有必要对高情感表达一级亲属进行心理干预与健康教育,以利于促进认知功能,进而预防和降低精神分裂症的疾病发病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relativity between emotional expression and cognitive functional of the schizophrenia’s first degree relatives.Methods:130 cases of the schizophrenia’s first degree relatives and 117 normal controls were entered in the study.The Chinese version of Cam-berwell family interview(CFI-CV) and the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST) were used to evaluate emotional expression and cognitive function.According to CFI-CV,all the subjects were divided into two groups: the high expressed emotion(HEE)and the low expressed emotion(LEE).Then compare the scores of WCST in these groups.Results:(1)In the schizophrenia’s first degree relatives,persistent errors of WCST were significantly higher in the HEE than those in the LEE(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the facts of other indicators(P>0.05).(2)The persistent errors of HEE were significantly higher in the schizophrenia’s first degree relatives than those in the normal controls(P<0.01),but there were no significant difference in the facts of other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusions: There was significant relation between emotional expression and cognitive functional in the schizophrenia’s first degree relatives.It is necessary to take psychology interference and education Health towards the HEE of the schizophrenia’s first degree relatives for improving on cognitive functional,in order to prevent or lower the recurrence of schizophrenic.更多还原
