【摘要】 目的:观察妈富隆治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的临床疗效。方法:将我院妇科确诊的210例更年期功血患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各105例。对照组给予米非司酮口服,诊刮术后5天开始口服米非司酮,25mg/d顿服,连服3～6个月。治疗组给予妈富隆口服,诊刮术后3天口服妈富隆,每日1片,连服21天后停药,撤退出血后第5天重复,连续6个周期。每1个月复查血液细胞分析及肝、肾功能。随访6个月,观察月经情况。结果:对照组28例直接进入绝经期,45例月经恢复正常,1例无效,总有效率99.0%。治疗组有13例直接进人绝经期,64例月经恢复正常,总有效率100%。结论:妈富隆能更有效调节丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的反馈机制,使子宫内膜发生周期性改变,利于恢复正常月经周期,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Mawelon in treating patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group.105 of which received mifepristone in the control group,starting with mifepristone 5d after curettage,25mg/d,once a day.The course of treatment was 3 to 6 months.105 of which received Mawelon in the treatment group,starting with mawelon 3d after curettage,one caple a day was added for 21 days and repeated on 5th day of withdraw bleeding until a total of 6 cycles were completed.The recheck of all patients once a month of their blood biochemical tests,liver function and renal function.The followup period was 6 months for the menstruation of all patients were analyzed.Results:In the cases of 105 which received mifepristone,28 cases directly entered climacterium,45 cases restored normal menstruation and 1 case no effect,and the total effective rate was 99.0%.In the other 105 cases which received Mawelon,13 cases directly entered climacterium,64 cases restored normal menstruation,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:As the higher standard progesterone and the lower standard estrogen,Mawelon was taken with cycles and adjust the mechanism of feedback of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovary axis function more effectively and cased women’s endometrium change in cycles,which was beneficial to the patients recovered normal menstrual cycle.It had higher safety and was worthy t6o be popuarized.更多还原
