【摘要】 目的:比较互动式健康教育方式与传统的健康教育方式对康复期精神分裂症患者生活自理能力主动性及治疗依从性的影响。方法:将240例住院维持治疗阶段的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别进行互动式健康教育与传统的健康教育,3个月后进行生活自理能力主动性及治疗依从性的评估,结果进行统计分析。结果:研究组健康教育前后比较,生活自理能力的主动性及治疗依从性好和能完成的比例明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与对照组健康教育后好和能完成的比例明显升高,差的明显降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互动式健康教育方式组患者生活自理能力主动性明显提高,对自己有信心,对未来有打算,治疗依从性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare with the interactive type health education way and the traditional health education way to the influence of convalescence schizophrenics,living self-care ability of the initia-tive and the treatment compliance.
