【摘要】 目的:探讨碳酸氢钠胸腔冲洗并尿激酶胸腔注药治疗结核性脓胸的疗效。方法:结核性脓胸患者60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规强化抗结核、对症、支持等综合治疗,胸腔穿刺、抽液后,胸腔内注射异烟肼;治疗组患者在此基础上,用5%碳酸氢钠反复胸腔冲洗后尿激酶胸腔注药。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为73%,治疗组总有效率为93%,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:碳酸氢钠胸腔冲洗并异烟肼、尿激酶胸腔注药治疗结核性脓胸疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the curative effect of intrapleural urokinase based on pleural lavage with Sodium bicarbonate in the treatment of tuberculous pyothorax.Methods:Sixty patients with tubculous pyothorax were divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.The patients in control group were given comprehensive treatment including intensive anti-tuberculosis therapy,symptomatic therapy and supportive therapy,and the intrapleural injection of isoniazid based on pleural puncture and extraction of pleural effusion.Based on the same treatment,the patients in the treatment group were given the injection of urakinase after pleural lavage with Sodium bicarbonate.Results: The effective rate in the treatment group was 93 %,while it was 73 % in the control group,the rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The curative effect of intrapleural urokinase based on pleural lavage with Sodium bicarbonate in the treatment of tuberculous pyothorax.is significant.更多还原
