【摘要】 目的:评价民间组织(NGO)工作人员开展艾滋病防治知识培训的效果。方法:对接受培训的101名NGO工作人员于教育前后进行问卷调查。结果:与教育前比较,艾滋病相关知识知晓率显著提高,艾滋病相关态度行为有积极的变化,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:提高NGO工作人员的艾滋病防治工作能力,对艾滋病防治工作非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of training to HIV/AIDS knowledge of non-goverment organization(NGO)workers.Methods:101 NGO workers were investigated by anonymous questionnaires pre and post training.Results:A questionnaire survey with the NGO workers shows that the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge increased significantly,the attitude for the AIDS correlation behaviors were improved,compared with those before training.There was significant difference statistically before and after the training(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is important to strenthen the training of AIDS knowledge and to promote the capacity of the NGO workers for AIDS preventing and curing.更多还原
