纳米硒化镉急性毒性和蓄积作用的研究
STUDY ON ACUTE TOXICITY AND ACCUMULATION OF NANOMETER CADMIUM SELENIDE
【摘要】 目的研究不同可溶性的2种纳米硒化镉的半数致死量LD50和蓄积作用。方法昆明种小鼠48只,随机分为2个实验组和1个对照组。每种材料按100mg/kg、215mg/kg、464mg/kg、1 000mg/kg进行腹腔注射染毒,Horn氏法计算LD50。小鼠40只,随机分为2个实验组,按1/5LD50固定剂量法腹腔注射染毒,观察记录动物死亡数,并计算蓄积系数K。结果 2种纳米硒化镉的LD50分别为215mg/kg和464mg/kg;蓄积系数K分别2.6和4.8。结论纳米硒化镉随着可溶性的升高,急性毒性和蓄积毒性降低。
【Abstract】 Objective To Study the acute toxicity and accumulation of nanometer cadmium selenide with different solubility.Methods 48 mice were randomly divided into two experimental groups and control group.Each group received drugs by intraperitoneal injection according doses of 100,215,464 and 1000mg/kg.LD50 was calculated by Horn’s method.Results LD50 of 4 kinds of nanometer cadmium selenide were 215 and 464mg/kg.Accumulations were 2.6 and 4.8.Conclusion The acute toxicity and accumulation of nanometer cadmium selenide decrease alone with increasing of solubility.
