Ce1-xDyxO2-δ固体电解质的合成及其性能研究
Synthetise and Properties of Ce1-xDyxO2-δ Solid Electrolytes
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法合成Ce1-xDyxO2-δ(x=0.05~0.50)固溶体,通过X射线衍射、拉曼光谱、原子力显微镜对样品进行结构表征,利用交流阻抗谱测试其电性能.结果表明:掺入Dy3+可提高Ce1-xDyxO2-δ的电导率,其中Ce0.9Dy0.1O2-δ的电导率最高,活化能最小,600℃时的电导率为5.50×10-3S.cm-1,活化能为0.85 eV,比纯CeO2的电导率提高了3个数量级.
【Abstract】 Solid solutions Ce1-xDyxO2-δ(x = 0.05~0.50) were prepared by using sol-gel method.Structural characteristics of the materials were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman,AFM.The electrical properties were analyzed by AC impedance spectroscopy.The results show that the doping Dy3+ could improve total conductivity of the material Ce1-xDyxO2-δ.Ce0.9Dy0.1O2-δ is possessed of the maximum of conductivity and the minimum activation energy,σ600 ℃ = 5.50×10-3 S/cm,Eα= 0.85 eV,which is triple as large as those of CeO2.
