【摘要】 目的探讨PrP105-132作用下体外小胶质细胞的活化及其IL-8的产生。方法体外培养大鼠神经胶质细胞,用不同剂量PrP105-132(0、20、40、80μmol/L)干预小胶质细胞,ELISA法检测24 h后细胞上清液中IL-8含量。结果朊蛋白肽段干预后小胶质细胞活化,胞体增大,细胞突起变短、消失,呈圆状、杆状、阿米巴状;并且随PrP105-132剂量的增加,IL-8分泌量增多(P<0.01)。结论 PrP能够诱导体外小胶质细胞分泌IL-8,并且具有剂量依赖关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the microglia secreting interleukin(IL-8) in the condition of PrP105-132.Methods The rat microglia culture were exposed to PrP105-132(0、20、40、80 μmol/L) in vitro.The IL-8 levels in cell supernatant were measured by commercial enzyme immunoassay(ELISA) after 24 h.Results In the condition of PrP peptide,the microglia were activated.A dose-dependent increase in IL-8 secretion by the PrP105-132 exposed rat microglia was obtained.Conclusions PrP may induce microglia secreting IL-8.更多还原
