【摘要】 目的检测Survivin在肾细胞癌(RCC)中的表达并分析其与肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)生物学特性的关系。方法收集95例RCC组织及14例正常肾组织,以免疫组化方法检测Survivin蛋白的表达。结果正常肾组织无Survivin阳性表达。在RCC中Survivin阳性表达率为69.5%(66/95)。Survivin在RCCC不同分级、分期组的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义。结论 Survivin在RCC组织中高表达,但尚不能作为鉴别RCC各亚型及评价RCCC生物学行为的独立指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of Survivin in renal cell carcinoma(RCC),and evaluate its relationship with the biological features of renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC).Methods A total of 95 RCC specimens and 14 normal nephridial tissues were obtained.Immunohistochemistry was used to test the expression of Survivin protein in RCC.Results There weren’t positive expression in normal nephridial tissues.Among 95 tumors,69.5%(66/95) were considered Survivin positive.The variances of Survivin positive rate in different clinical stage and tumor histological grade of RCCC weren’t significantly(P > 0.01).Conclusions Over expression of Survivin is common in RCC.It may not be an independent indication in discriminating the different subgroup of RCC or assessing the biological behaviour of RCCC.更多还原
