【摘要】 目的探讨以索拉非尼为基础的综合治疗在临床治疗晚期原发性肝细胞肝癌中的初步疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年11月至2009年7月间确诊的原发性肝细胞肝癌,无法接受手术根治性治疗而接受以索拉非尼为基础的综合治疗的患者的相关临床数据。结果本研究共15例患者入组,平均生存时间(10.93±5.548)个月。随访至2010年1月,根据BCLC分期,B级患者的平均生存时间为(11.89±6.153)个月,平均疾病进展时间为(6.56±2.242)个月,存活率88.9%;BCLC分期达C、D级患者的平均生存时间为(9.50±4.637)个月,平均疾病进展时间为(4.50±2.345)个月,存活率33.3%。在15例患者中,4例患者为单用索拉非尼治疗,其余患者均至少联合应用一种其他治疗方式。在BCLC-C/D级的患者中,3例(50%)接受索拉非尼单一治疗,平均生存时间8个月,接受联合治疗的患者,平均生存时间1 1个月。结论索拉非尼治疗可延长晚期原发性肝细胞肝癌的总生存期,与其他治疗联合应用可能存在协同作用,进一步延长进展期/终末期患者的总生存期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the initial curative effect of the sorafenib based combined therapy in the late stage hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of patients who had been diagnosed as unresectable hepatocullular carcinoma from November 2008 to July 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results There are 15 patients in total,the average survival time was(10.93 ±5.548) months.Patients were stratified according to BCLC grade,until January 2010,the average survival time of grade B group was 11.89± 6.153,the average time to progression was(6.56±2.242) months,and the survival rate was 88.9%;while the average survival time of grade C/D group was 9.50±4.637,the average time to progression was(4.50 ± 2.345) months,and the survival rate was 33.3%.Four of the 15 patients received the monotherapy of sorafenib,meanwhile the rest of them received at least one kind of other modalities.In the BCLC C/D group,the average survival time was 8 months in those who received monotherapy;while it was 11 months in those who received combined therapy.Conclusions In our study,sorafenib may prolong the total survival time of late stage hepatocellular carcinoma,the sorafenib based combined therapy may lead to coordinative effect which further prolonged the total survival time of progressive and end stage patients.更多还原
